Since our involvement with facilitators in 2007, we have proudly nurtured generations of dedicated facilitators who fell in love with empowering students through transformative learning experiences.
Each year, we engage nearly 100 passionate and committed facilitators who share our vision of making a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners.

What is MOE IRS registration?As of 2014, Schools can only engage instructors who are registered with MOE. Registration helps schools better assess instructors' suitability to conduct co-curricular and enrichment activities for students. Each registration is valid for 2 years. All instructors must remain registered during the tenure of their services. Instructors who wish to continue providing services to schools must re-register before the expiry date of their registration.

How do I apply for MOE IRS registration?Registration is to be done on MOE IRS website: https://rems.moe.edu.sg/. Upon indicating your interest to work with us, we will send you an infographic that will guide you through the process of registering yourself with MOE IRS

Do I need to be First Aid certified?While it is not mandatory for you to be First Aid Certified, it is highly advisable for you to be. Current trend have shown that almost 95% of our school clients require us to deploy first aid certified individuals. Find out how you can attend the course fully subsidised by dropping us a text.

What is the difference between a Trainer & a Coach?Trainers typically lead indoor workshops and deliver content to participants, while coaches assist them during the sessions.

How & When will I get paid?Indoor workshops are paid via bank, with two pay dates: - 15th (for work from the 19th of the previous month to the 4th of the current month) - 30th (for work from the 5th to the 18th of the current month).
 Outdoor programs offer Cash-On-Delivery (COD), with coaches paid in cash or via PayNow after the program ends.

I am still schooling, can I still apply for this role?Yes you can! As the role is on a freelance basis, you can work according to your own schedule without any obligations for commitment.
