Our People
Aktivate's School Team is built upon the dedication and passion of our remarkable members. Our people are at the core of everything we do, driving our mission to empower today's youth with the necessary skills for a successful future.

The team is led by 2 experienced Programme Consultants. They are the stakeholders who has the best interest of all parties involved in the programmes. Through collaborative efforts, they will ensure that the programmes are highly customised to meet the objectives set by the clients, and ensure that suitable and skilled trainers are allocated to engage the students for the programmes.
​
With a collective training experience of close to 100 years, our passionate trainers are the driving forces behind our transformative and dynamic programs. Many of our trainers have trained overseas and across various age levels, resulting in a unique ability to handle diverse audiences and cater to a wide spectrum of student abilities.
With an understanding of the practical needs of students, coupled with the demands of the future, our trainers will ensure that what the youth learn is not only relevant to their schooling years, but also prepares them for work and adult life.

Our trainers are not just educators; they are mentors, motivators, and advocates for every student's success. At the core, they are Aktivators who will nurture well-rounded individuals, ready to face the challenges of the future with confidence.

The Team is backed by dedicated personnel from the Resource and Youth Development Department: Coach Manager and Operations Manager. The Coach Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Aktivate clients receive the best and most relevant coaches and facilitators for each workshop. The Coach Manager ensures that only the finest minds and skilled facilitators are chosen to empower students.

The Operations Manager takes charge of handling all backend needs of programs and workshops. From logistics to resource coordination, the Operations Manager oversees it all, allowing our clients to focus on what truly matters – the growth of their students.
